Serenity Jewels processes all international orders manually to ensure accurate serviceability, pricing, and secure delivery.


Placing an International Order

  • International shipping is not available at checkout.
  • Customers cannot place international orders directly on the website.
  • All international orders are placed by the Serenity Jewels team after confirmation.

Serviceability & Order Confirmation

  • Serviceability, shipping charges, and delivery timelines are confirmed before order placement.
  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
  • Once confirmed, the order is placed on behalf of the customer.

Shipping Partners

  • Middle East countries: Aramex
  • All other international destinations: FedEx
  • Courier selection is fixed and cannot be changed.

Shipping Charges

  • International shipping charges are calculated manually based on destination, weight, and courier rates.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched, except in approved cases mentioned below.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time may vary during sales or high-volume periods.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–12 working days from dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or local regulations.
  • Serenity Jewels does not guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local charges as per the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs and import charges.
  • Failure to pay customs duties may result in delays, return, or non-delivery.

Customs Delays & Returns

  • Customs clearance is beyond our control.
  • Serenity Jewels is not responsible for delays, holds, returns, or seizures by customs authorities.
  • If an order is returned due to customs issues or refusal to pay duties, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Address & Contact Details

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate international shipping details, including a valid phone number with country code.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details are not eligible for refunds.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (International Orders)

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of:
    • Damaged product
    • Incorrect product received
  • An unboxing video is mandatory and must:
    • Be recorded in one continuous, uncut clip
    • Clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and product condition
    • Be shared within 48 hours of delivery
  • All claims are verified internally and may also be submitted to the courier partner (FedEx / Aramex).
  • Claims may be rejected if:
    • The unboxing video is missing, edited, unclear, or incomplete
    • Damage is due to wear & tear, misuse, or post-delivery handling
    • The claim is raised after 48 hours
  • If approved:
    • A refund will be issued for the product value and international shipping charges
    • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local charges (if paid) are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within the standard processing timeline.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Once dispatched, Serenity Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs.
  • If a shipment is marked delivered but not received, we will assist in raising an investigation with the courier.
  • Any resolution is subject to the courier partner’s investigation outcome.

Order Cancellation

  • International orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • Cancellation requests before dispatch may be accepted at the sole discretion of Serenity Jewels.
