📦 Shipping Policy – Serenity Jewels

At Serenity Jewels, we take pride in delivering your orders quickly and securely, while keeping the process as transparent as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹59 for orders below ₹1499
  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1499
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹119 additional (COD fee is non-refundable)
  • COD is not available for orders above ₹1999
  • COD may be restricted for high-risk or repeat RTO customers

⏳ Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually dispatched on the same day or the next working day
  • Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days post-dispatch
  • Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page based on your pincode and selected items

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp
  • You can monitor your package in real time as it makes its way to you

❌ Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • You may cancel or request changes (address, phone number, etc.) only before the order is dispatched
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible
  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the refund will be issued only after the order is returned (RTO) and received at our facilities, after deducting applicable forward and return shipping charges. COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

🚫 Undelivered Orders

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details provided by you or unavailability at the time of delivery, the order may be returned to us
  • Re-delivery in such cases may incur additional charges
  • If you request a refund for such undelivered orders, the applicable shipping charges (forward and return) will be deducted before refunding the amount. COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

📦 Package Acceptance Guidelines

Please inspect the outer package at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with, open, damaged, resealed, or in suspicious condition, please do not accept the delivery and immediately report the issue to us at support@serenityjewels.in with clear photos/videos of the package.

Once a shipment has been accepted by the customer, it is considered received in the condition presented at the time of delivery. Serenity Jewels will not be responsible for claims related to missing items, tampered packaging, or package condition concerns raised after acceptance of the delivery.
