Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations/Exchange:

After an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellation requests after shipment. However, final confirmation for COD orders is requested via WhatsApp or IVR call. We do not accept product exchange request. Please always check before ordering desired products.

Refund:

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. To be eligible, please make sure to make a parcel opening video from showing the address slip of the package to the product opening. Send it to via email, Whatsapp or Instagram Dm. Further steps will be taken after it.
