Good design but very small stick

The design is very pretty and it suits my tragus piercing also. However, the screw stick head (the one with the dots design) is very very veryyyy small!! It is very difficult to hold it and screw it. Please make that stick slightly bigger so that it easily gets inside the hollow stick. Thank you!
